AIBUILD PTY LTD and SCHMIDT ID-TECH LIMITED (Hong Kong) have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a strategic partnership focused on developing and commercialising AI-powered industrial solutions, particularly in the fields of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Asset Management Systems (AMS).
This partnership merges AIBUILD’s cutting-edge AI and R&D capabilities with SCHMIDT ID-TECH’s robust hardware supply chain and IT system integration expertise, paving the way for scalable AI solutions across industries including manufacturing, logistics, energy, and infrastructure.
